What type of data do we hold about you and how have we obtained it?

Under no circumstances do we process specially protected data.

All of the above-mentioned data has been obtained either directly from you through the submission of a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or through your company by providing us with identification data and other information necessary to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It will be your responsibility, or that of your company, to provide us with updated data in the event of any changes. With regard to job applicants’ data, we have obtained it through the submission of a CV by the applicant or via a job portal. In the latter case, you have authorised the transfer of your data to our company by submitting your CV details through the job portal.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data relating to individuals linked to potential clients, clients and suppliers that NEMENTIO, S.L. collects through the various contact and/or data collection forms will be kept unless the data subject requests its deletion. Data provided by our clients and suppliers will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained, always respecting the minimum legal retention periods applicable depending on the matter.

In any case, NEMENTIO, S.L. will retain your personal data for the period of time reasonably necessary, taking into account our need to respond to queries, resolve issues, make improvements, activate new services and comply with applicable legal requirements. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all NEMENTIO, S.L. systems.
